Life Lessons Right Out Of The Gym

Whether you go to the gym to build muscle, lose weight, get a six pack, or simply because you enjoy it, there is more than just a physical return for your hard work. I believe that there is an equally valuable reward that comes from the gym. It offers much more than just the dream body you want. It offers a winner’s mentality and concepts applicable to everyday life. Check these out.

Consistency

Going to the gym once or twice a month isn’t going to bring you results. You have to be disciplined enough to get your ass up and to the gym several times a week. You have to work hard every time you go and walk out of the gym knowing you kicked ass.

Just like in life, if you want to learn something new or get better at something, you’re not going to see much improvement if you’re doing it every once in a while. You have to be committed and consistent with whatever your trying to accomplish.

The results you see are the reflection of the time and effort you put in. 

This doesn’t mean kill yourself by hitting the gym every day or practicing whatever it is for 10 hours, but it does mean committing a good amount of time to reach your goal.

Supplements

Take all the supplements you want but this isn’t how you will grow and get stronger. A lot of people have the misconception that if they spend $200, take 6 pills a day, and drink 2 different supplement powders they’re going to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

In life we can see a similar concept. If you want to become a pro at let’s say, playing the piano, you won’t accomplish this by subscribing to 5 piano magazines and buying 12 books. If you want to be fit and healthy you have to actually workout. If you want to be good at something you actually have to do it, not just read about it or watch people do it.

Same Workout, Same Results

If you do the same exercises everyday you’re not going to grow. The body is amazing at adapting to the same workouts. You have to switch it up.

In life, if you’re looking for results you can’t keep doing the same thing! Whenever you feel comfortable get into the habit of changing that right away. The reality is that we see the most growth when we feel challenged.

Obviously keep learning and getting better at whatever it is you’re doing, but find different ways. You can’t read the same book or watch the same tutorial 10 times and expect to get better.

Without challenge there is no growth.

Rest and Recover

Don’t expect crazy results if you’re not resting after killer workouts. You can’t destroy yourself at the gym every day and not rest! You have to eat and get enough sleep if you want your muscles to recover and get stronger.

In life it’s very similar, you can’t overload yourself with work and duties and not rest. This only comes with stress and feeling overwhelmed.

You have to rest in order to grow.

Give yourself time to let new information and skills be processed. Don’t just keep shoving things at your brain and expect it to learn it all.

Hard Work Equals Results

Those that work hard at the gym and actually put their phones down are usually the ones with real results. Stopping at 8 reps when you know you can get to 12 is just not cool.

If you want the results you gotta pay the price.

In life we can see the same thing. Successful people didn’t get there by just talking about their goals. They didn’t get there by “kinda trying.” They got there with hard work. Consistency and discipline are the traits successful people have mastered.

The Art Of Planning And Why You Should Master It

To do anything correctly it’s well known we must have a plan. Google defines the word plan as “a detailed proposal for doing or achieving something.” So if a plan helps us achieve things why don’t we make use of plans in our everyday lives? Why don’t we plan for a good day and achieve whatever it is we want? Rather than going through the day doing this and that, I challenge you to go through it knowing exactly what’s coming next.

Why Should I Master The Art Of Planning?

Planning your day out rather than accepting whatever comes your way makes for a much more simple and stress free one. If you set a schedule for the next day you’ll know almost exactly what’s coming and when it’s going to come.

We’ve all had those days running all over the place doing what seems like everything there is to do and it’s not very fun. Keeping track of all that has to be done in our heads only makes for bad headaches and an overwhelming feeling from all that has to be done.

Need some motivation? Write down your day’s plan and watch everything you’ve set out to do be accomplished. For example, let’s say tomorrow you wanna go to the gym, you have to do homework, and you gotta cook. Wouldn’t it be nice to literally see everything get done as you check them off?

Another great reason to start planning your days out comes from a study done by Psychology professor Dr. Gail Matthew’s who found that we are 42% more likely to do anything if we write it down.  So if we can save ourselves from stress, headaches, and accomplish more of what we set out to do by planning,  shouldn’t we all be doing this? I think so.

Also keep in mind you have the freedom to write down anything in your plan. If you wanna lose weight write down in your plan “don’t buy junk food tomorrow.” If you want to start saving money write down “deposit $100 tomorrow.” You see another beauty of writing down a plan is that when you read it the next day you’ll know it seemed like a good idea yesterday even if you don’t want to do it today.

Four Easy Steps

1. Grab a piece of paper and a pen.

2. Think of what you need, have, or want to do.

3. Write it down.

4. Look at it tomorrow and feel in control of your day.

So there you have it. That’s the art of planning. It’s not hard, it doesn’t take up a lot time, and it’s free. Trust me when I say it makes life easier! I do this daily and I can honestly say it’s made life better. I don’t have to worry about forgetting things, I know what I have to do, and I know when I’m going to do them. It’s made everything simpler and I think everyone could benefit from this. So try it out and see for yourself.

Change Your Life By Using These Three Words

We have to go to the gym, we have to eat healthy, we have to do homework, we have to wake up early, it goes on and on. Seems like we have to do a lot things, but let’s think about this for a second… do we really have to?

Every day we wake up with these words playing constantly in our heads, but why? Why do we have to do things when we could want to do them?

It’s three words; I want to.

Saying you want to rather than you have to is completely different. When we say we have to do something we immediately place burdens in our heads. Having to do something doesn’t sound fun and in the end isn’t fun.

You want to start hitting the gym, you want to start eating healthy, you want to wake up early for work, you want to do homework. If you remove the words I have to from your vocabulary I really do believe you could be a happier and more positive person.

A lot of the time we use these words when in reality what we’re doing is positive and shouldn’t be looked at negatively as if it is a task or job to accomplish. Your life isn’t about having to do things, it’s about wanting to do things.

It's so simple. All you gotta do is use three words.

View all that you have to do as opportunities, not duties.

You want to go to the gym because you care about your body and you want to look good.
You want to wake up early for work because you‘re fortunate enough to have a job.
You want to start eating healthy because you know your body is important and you want to change.
You want to go to school because you know it’s for your future.
You want to not have to.

Making this change won’t be easy. I barely started doing this a week ago and I still find myself saying I have to. Set a reminder on your phone, write it on your hand,  or print it out and hang it on your wall. Just remember that you want to do it.

10 Ways To Make Your Mornings Better

alarm clock is ruining your morningMornings are the beginning to a new day, a new opportunity, and provide a fresh start to do something new or different. No matter what it is that you’re doing, the beginning is always important. With beginnings being so important I believe  we should strive to make the beginnings of our days as great as possible in order to have good and productive days. Check out these ideas that could possibly make your mornings more enjoyable. 

1. Stop Waking Up To Annoying Alarms

You’re not cold or hot- you’re perfect, you’re buried under your blankets and pillows, you’re towards the end of a perfect dream and the stupid alarm goes off. We’ve all experienced this and it really does suck. Why do we wake up to terrible noises like that iPhone duck quack alarm? I’s not a nice way to begin the day. It’s the first thing you’ll hear, so wake up to a pleasant sound.

2. Waking Up To A To-Do List

I must say I do this one quite often but I’m working on ending this crappy habit. In order for us to enjoy our mornings we can’t wake up and remind ourselves of what has to be done right away. We have to ease into the day and slowly pick up momentum until we’re in full gear. Don’t wake up and immediately visualize all you have to do and ruin the morning. Think about like this, when you wake up your mind is like a clear, blue-skied sunny day and if you immediately think of everything you have to do you’re only adding clouds and rain to this perfect sunny day.

3. Really Stretch

I don’t mean lay in your bed and stretch, but seriously get out of bed and stretch like you’re at the gym. A good stretch in the morning will loosen up your tight muscles and get the blood flowing. A proper morning stretch has been said to increase flexibility, posture and even your mood by releasing mood-enhancing endorphin’s according to certified personal trainer Kristin Anderson.

4. No Surprises

Stop having to deal with dumb things in the morning like being unable to find your keys. Before going to sleep know what you’re going to wear and where everything is so you don’t have to scramble in the morning.  If you eliminate these moments from your mornings everything will flow peacefully instead of worrying about the time while looking for your wallet.

5. Let In The Light!

Try opening your blinds and curtains as soon as you step out of bed.  You should allow the new day to enter your bedroom and invite it into yourself as well. Embrace it, a new day is like a new canvas; you can either use it to create a masterpiece or let it go to waste.

Eat a good breakfast, keep in mind your body just went 7-8 hours without food. A good breakfast is not a cup of yogurt or a bowl of cheerios. Get into the habit of eating right in the mornings. Your breakfast should always consist of some protein rich foods, healthy carbs, and vitamins. Every morning is like a new race and you can’t win that race unless you have the right fuel.

8. Breakfast For The Ears

Wake up and open iTunes. You may be surprised how much better your day will start out if you hear your favorite songs in the morning. Not only does it wake you up but it makes you happy and wanna dance. Add a beat to your morning, dance while making breakfast, and start the day right. I find that speakers work best but headphones can also do the trick.

9. I’m Not Kidding, Wake Up Earlier

A lot of you may think I’m crazy but seriously try it. Waking up knowing you you have to be out of the house in 30 minutes is not a good feeling. Treat yourself to a peaceful morning that flows how you want it to. Start your day off calmly instead of showering in two minutes, taking a bite of an apple, brushing your teeth, and running to your car. Mornings are meant to be slow, not fast-paced. Don’t battle your still-waking up mind and body, go with the flow and give yourself that extra time to chill out.

10. Make Your Bed

So what if you’re gonna ruin it at night? It takes 30 seconds and makes your room look much more inviting a less chaotic. Making your bed doesn’t have to be a whole involved process. Just straighten your sheets and pull your blankets up. Arrange the pillows if you’re feeling ambitious. Don’t be lazy and make it a habit to have a freshly made bed after a busy day.

Your Gym Partner Sucks

If you’re seriously reading this it’s either because you’re bored or you really do have a horrible gym partner. To begin with, if your gym partner really does suck and you’ve always known this, shame on you for not finding a good one. If you think you’re currently suffering from Shitty Gym Partner Syndrome this will give you the possible symptoms of this common but very easily treated disease. If you don’t have a gym partner congrats for being a badass, and if you’ve thought about finding one this will help you to find the right gym partner in no time- hopefully.

“Just Shut Up”

Left headphone in, right headphone, two reps in, and they start talking about that crazy party you missed. Look, it’s one thing to chat while you’re both resting or walking to the next machine, but if you find yourself constantly having to pull out your headphones and hear what they have to say, you’re workout is only suffering. You’re at the gym to feel and look good, not to socialize. Go kick some ass at the gym and don’t waste your time.

“I’m Tired Man, Let’s Leave”

30 minutes in and your gym buddy already wants to call it a day. If you’re seriously trying to get a good workout don’t let your gym partner get in the way of that. If you depend on them for a ride you should find another way to get there so you can leave the gym feeling satisfied. You shouldn’t be walking out of the gym knowing you didn’t fully commit or do enough. Next time your gym partner wants to leave after 2 workouts tell ’em you’re staying. In the end you’re the one that’s gonna see results, not them.

“Let’s Just Do What We Always Do”

I don’t know about you but I’m always on the lookout for new workouts. Whether it’s observing what people are doing at the gym or looking an exercise up I’m always looking for new ways to hit muscle groups. Changing up your workout routine is a crucial step if you are serious about seeing results. Studies show that muscles take between 6-8 weeks in adapting to workout routines, so if you’re not switching it up you’re wasting your time! If you wanna try lunges this week instead of squatting don’t let your partner get in the way of that. Remember you’re paying for the gym membership, it’s your body, and it’s your results.

 “I Just Don’t Feel Like Going Today Bro”

DEDICATION. If you’re not dedicated you won’t ever see the results you want. You wanna be fit? You want those abs? You can’t let your shitty gym partner get in the way of that. Don’t let them talk you out of hitting the gym! I think this has to be one of the worst gym partners you can have because rather than at least having a shitty workout you’re gonna end up staying home, eating, and regret skipping chest day. You don’t need a gym partner, and who cares if they don’t wanna go. Let them stay home and watch Netflix while you lift some heavy ass weights at the gym.

 “You’re So Weak Man, You Can’t Lift That”

Like I said in my post 3 Reasons Why You Stopped Hitting The Gym, without motivation working out is not very fun. In order for us to be working out everyday we have to find a source of motivation. The sad thing is you might already have the motivation necessary, it’s just your partner who’s ruining it for you. We do things with other people for a source of motivation and so we don’t get bored, not for them to bring us down. If your gym partner doesn’t challenge or motivate you it’s time to find a new one. Real gym partners push you to do your best, they challenge you to put on those extra 10 pounds, and even though you hate it, they make you do two more reps. A good partner won’t be scrolling through their Instagram feed, they’re gonna be right behind you forcing you to do that last rep.

If you’ve just realized your gym partner sucks, I’m sorry but I had to tell you. Sometimes these people can be our best friends or even family members and I understand you don’t wanna just ditch them, but if you’re serious about fitness you gotta do what you gotta do. Who knows, maybe telling them they make a horrible gym partner may cause them to change their ways. But regardless of what they think, it’s more important that you don’t waste your time at the gym and have a kickass workout everyday. Don’t let anyone get in the way of your fitness goals, if you want something go and get it, there are no excuses. You have a shitty gym partner? Let them know and see if they change, or else find a new one.

Stand Like A Boss, Be A Boss

Successful people and badass wild animals have something in common, and it’s easy to see. They appear confident, they know what they’re doing, they look powerful, and at the end of the day are powerful. Look at the picture of the lion and tell me he doesn’t look confident and powerful. This sort of personality is the one that successful people usually all have in common, they are powerful because they feel powerful. So what if I told you there was a way for you to feel like that badass lion everyday? A study done by Dana Carney, Amy Cuddy, and Andy Yap at Harvard University say it’s possible, we just have to be willing to stand in a “power pose” for 2 minutes.

What is the Power Pose?

The power pose is simple. You can see it being done all over the animal world, birds spreading their wings, showing off their power; gorillas banging their chest’s, showing their assertiveness; lions standing proud, they do it for the power. What do all these poses have in common? They make themselves big, they take up as much room as they can with their bodies, they make a statement. For us power poses work the same, we must make our bodies look powerful and our minds will follow.

How Do We Power Pose?

-Stand tall, feet shoulder width apart, chin held high, shoulders back, arms above our heads, or on our hips like superman.

-After taking this position take a deep breath, feel the confidence building inside you, smile and know you’re powerful.

-Hold this power pose for 2 minutes, remain calm and confident, and know you are fully capable of taking on the world.

-Now that you’re done, take a moment and notice how you feel.

-You should feel good and empowered.

The Science, Why Do We Feel The Way We Do? 

The reason is because our brains have two very important hormones, the dominant one associated with power (testosterone), and the stress related one (cortisol). When we feel uncomfortable and unconfident the cortisol flowing through our brains is to blame. The study showed that when we position our bodies in low power poses such as hands in between our legs we are affecting the chemistry in our brains. By sitting hunched over or standing in low power poses we are effectively lowering our testosterone and raising our cortisol levels, which in effect makes us feel powerless. The study found that people who held high-power poses for two minutes increased their testosterone by 20 percent and at the same time the participants’ stress hormone- cortisol- fell by 25 percent.

Take Advantage Of The Power Pose!

If you’re not feeling happy or confident with yourself do the power pose, it’s free and the science has told us it really works. Next time you’re at a job interview don’t just wait there sitting down staring at your phone hunched over, go in the bathroom and do the power pose! If you have a presentation to present get pumped for it, give yourself the confidence to do it and make people see it. Even if you consider yourself laid back and not craving power it’s good for you, it will make you happier and better. It’s 2 minutes of your day, it’s free, no one has to see it, and the results are a more powerful you. So if you wanna be a boss, stand like a boss.

A New Years Resolution Is Stupid

Colourful 2014 in fiery sparklersWith the holiday season in full effect and New Years on it’s way, we also have the wonderful time of New Year’s resolutions coming up as well. While promising that we’ll make better choices this upcoming year is a wonderful thing, I believe that the concept of waiting months, or even a whole year to change something you’re not happy about is crazy!

It’s awesome that we want to start hitting the gym, it’s awesome that we’re gonna stop smoking, and it’s awesome that we’re gonna start being happier this year but it’s not awesome that we’ve put off doing these great things for the whole year. Why do we treat ourselves with better lifestyles or better choices once a year? Waiting for New Year’s to stop or start something new is quite frankly, stupid.

This post is somewhat the same as one of my previous postings After Reading This You Will Want To Do It but right now we are going to focus on this idea of New Year’s resolutions.  What the hell is the difference of changing our lives for the best on this magical day of new beginnings, than a normal Wednesday or Friday afternoon? Who came up with this idea? Who told us to make big changes at the END of the year rather than yesterday or even while you read this? Well I actually have no idea, but majority of us have grown up hearing about New Year’s resolutions. We’ve seen our parents and family members make drastic changes from one day to the next, we’ve seen friends start going to the gym the day after New Years, and some us have even witnessed the explosion of new people on treadmills at our gyms. We have to stop waiting for the end of the year to make changes, they have to start now.

motivational new years resolutions are stupidIf you’re unhappy about something in your life do something about it and change it. Don’t just sit there and wait it out, because it won’t go away unless you do something about it. This obviously means don’t wait for the ball to drop in Times Square to make the changes. We should start a new trend called weekly or monthly resolutions. For example, if you want to start reading, start this week or if you really have to prepare mentally, start next month; not next year. Waiting for it to turn 12 o’clock on the last day of December to bring our lives closer to what we want really want is such a waste a time. If we want to change, if we want something, we have to start right away or else we start giving ourselves excuses and we might just end up saying “I’ll start next year.”

After Reading This You Will Want To Do It

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAJust do it. Unless you’re living under a box you have probably seen or heard this recently. If you haven’t… stop living under a box. This is Nike’s big message to people buying their products. It’s only three words but I think that it’s meaning is very powerful and could make us better, disciplined, and harder working people.We all have two choices available to us at all times. The choices are simple, either take a step forward or remain where you’re at.

I don’t ever want to stay put in life. Life is just too beautiful and too short to stand still and let it fly by. Taking steps forward is how we grow, how we accomplish goals, and how we take control of our lives; so life doesn’t take control of us. In order for us to move forward we must first think about what is we want or want to accomplish and then we act on it. By this I mean just getting out there and doing it. The problem is a lot of us get stuck on the second step, which happens to be the most important step.

If you want to do something, seriously, just fucking do it. No one is stopping you! Just think about for a second. I like to amaze myself everyday and think about this life that we are living; it’s awesome. We could have been born ants or freakin’ cucumbers for all we know and we happened to experience life as humans. Life is too precious to not do exactly what it is we want to,  and to live it the way we want to. So get off your ass and do whatever it is you wanna do.

Whether it’s becoming a millionaire, famous, mastering the piano, traveling the world, or even starting a new hobby; you deserve it and you know you can accomplish it. It’s just all about wanting it badly enough and taking action. We have all these ideas and goals we want to accomplish but we don’t make moves, we don’t take steps forward. I feel like the reasons we don’t is because we get caught up thinking about how to do it, when we’ll be “ready”, or expecting life to hand it to us because it just knows we want it that bad, like it’s destiny you’ll be a millionaire. But no, it won’t work that way, and you know this.

Stop telling yourself, you’re not ready, you don’t know how to do it, it’s too hard, you can’t accomplish it by yourself, etc. We have to take this opportunity to make life exactly as we want it because its just so incredible. All it takes is doing it. If you want it that bad, you’ll do whatever it takes to save the money for it, you’ll learn everything you can about it, you will master the subject, you’ll put everything aside to accomplish this specific goal. Really think about, you can do it. A great example of just taking action and doing what you want is me starting this blog. For about about month or so I wanted to start a blog. First, I started by googling things like “how to blog”, “what to blog about” and “how to get people to read your blog.” Yeah, these are reasonable questions to ask but after a couple days of “research” I realized I lost my motivation and didn’t take the last step; taking action. See, the problem is I thought about it too much and in away discouraged myself away from starting a blog. A couple weeks later I felt that same feeling, I wanted to start blogging. The difference this time around is I knew I had to just do it. How is it possible for me to learn and answer these questions I had without even starting a blog? I still don’t know what the hell I’m doing but each day I’m getting better and better at it. The key is to just feel that impluse to do something and start right away. Don’t over think it.

Now it’s not gonna happen in an hour, a week, a month, or a year from now but you should know anything worthwhile isn’t easy to accomplish. One of my favorite quotes as of right now is, “a year from now you will have wished you started today”. All it takes is making that first move forward and really doing it. Stop thinking about doing it, and just do it.

Time time time, sounds kinda weird now that I’ve said it a hundred times trying to come up with a title. Anyways, this post is going to be about what we do with our time. We’ve all heard it before, whether it was from our parents, a teacher, a sibling, or anyone else reminding us to not waste our time. After awhile I think we stop paying attention to the importance behind the message just because it doesn’t have any short term consequences and it becomes kind of annoying to hear; but when you really think about it, it’s kinda scary. Unless you know of a magical fountain that grants you immortality you’re in the same boat as I am, we will eventually, and sadly, die. So this brings me to my main point, let’s stop wasting time!

In today’s modern contemporary society I think it’s pretty safe to say wasting time has never been easier. I mean to start off look around you right now; there’s probably a TV in the room, an iPad, your phone, a gaming device, and worst out of all of them Netflix and your bed. Majority of us aren’t really making our lives better by taking a 4 hour nap, watching a whole season of The Walking Dead on a Saturday, or scrolling down our Instagram feeds.  So lets take the time to really examine these great wastes of time and replace them with some more positive uses of time.

1. TV, Netflix, Hulu, etc– Believe me I know whats its like to watch a TV series and on accident, end up watching 5 episodes of Lost in a day. I find it incredible how well these shows hypnotize us and make us forget about our lives for those full 45 minutes of an episode, only to watch 4 more thanks to the extremely dramatic scenes during the last 5 minutes of the episodes. Although your favorite character died don’t watch another one and waste more time!

ALTERNATIVE:  Have you ever said to yourself, “I wish I was better at”, “I wonder how that works, or “I would like to know more about that”? If you have, you should pick up a book! Not only will it answer your questions; but it will also make you smarter! Studies show that reading not only makes you smarter, but can reduce stress, relax you, improve writing skills, improve memory, increase analytical thinking skills, and expand your vocabulary.

2. Cellphone’s- Whether it’s texting your homegirl, homeboy, BFF, or hubby; doing it all day long is a waste of time. I know what a good conversation is like. They seem to go on endlessly sometimes only to end just before falling asleep. While knowing what friends are up to and reminding our special someone how much we love them, we shouldn’t forget there are better things to do. You may think periodically texting through out the day really doesn’t use too much time, but if we were to add up all these moments through out the day, who know’s you might be texting 1-2 hours a day in total.

ALTERNATIVE: Whether you’re a dude or a girl, you know you wanna get in shape. Regardless if you are trying to lose or gain weight it’s the same thing. Don’t be that person that buys $90 Nike’s, jogs for a week, and quits after a couple days. Working out is AWESOME! Not only does it make your new clothes look better, it improves confidence, kills stress, helps with depression,  helps anxiety,  boosts energy, helps you sleep better and even improves mental acuity. In my opinion working out is even character building. I always remind myself how hard I work at the gym, and how great I feel afterwards when I’m feeling unmotivated doing other tasks.

3. Social Networking- It’s real simple. Too much of anything is bad, especially Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Now I chose these three because they’re the most popular, and in my opinion easiest to waste time on. Whether you’re scrolling through pointless tweets, scrolling through that fresh new Instagram feed, or once again scrolling your life away on Facebook; you are wasting time. Like they say, time is money, and losing money over your friends stupid tweet is not worth dollah bills. Like I said, it’s real simple.

ALTERNATIVE: Meditation. No, you don’t have to put on a robe, sit in the dark for 5 hours a day,  or pay anything; a mind at peace is free. I started meditating about 3 months ago and I haven’t stopped since. I did it because I’m always willing to try new things and frankly my brain felt like it was about to explode sometimes. Meditation has been known to- once again– reduce stress, strengthen memory, improve mental processing of information, relax you, makes you happier, and just makes life better. Now I don’t know about you but after reading that I would much rather meditate than read my friends tweet about how much he loves McDonald’s fries. 4. “Accidental” Long Naps, Video Games, pointless internet use- Alternatives 1-3 are my favorite so I went into detail, these following alternatives are also positive uses of time in my opinion. 1. You love music? Learn how to make it. I recently started playing drums and plan on buying a piano very soon.  2. Pick up a sport. Go play volleyball with your friends, learn tennis, go shoot hoops, learn to skateboard, go climb tree’s! I skateboard on weekends with my little brother. 3. Cook something deliciously healthy. Look up some recipe and make it yourself. Frozen and packaged foods are high in sodium, have nasty chemicals, and leave us feeling crappy. Don’t even get me started with fast foods.

And that about wraps it up, at least I think. Like I said before, I’ve never blogged nor have I ever been an excellent writer, so forgive me if my writing doesn’t flow yet. I thought I could write this in one day but it turned out to take 3 days. I still don’t know how frequently I will posting new stuff so just keep an eye on me and we’ll both find out! Now lets do something good with our lives.
